Code p203e

I am looking at a code p203f I have 164000 miles on my eco diesel pickup . I filled it up and my gage never moved off 1/4 I drive it about 400 miles and my light came on . I called service dept and told them they said its just the gage not working keep driving it . NOT now I wonder if I have a delete done is that going to hurt the motor and the brains of this 2014 input would be helpful . I am a pilot car and use it for a living and can aford to have it broke down

For the code, all I can find is the DEF level is low...
