Hello every one. This is my first post.
I have 2017 ED with 15,000 miles on it. 14,600 is towing. Summertime 7,000 lb. boat. Tow 3 miles to 45 miles per trip. Spring, early summer and fall I tow 1200lb enclosed trailer with up to 3 enduro motorcycles, adding 800lbs to the trailer. Trailering time is about 4 hrs. to 8 hrs. Winter same trailer with 2 snowmobiles adding 1300lbs. 3 hrs. to 13 hrs. dive time.
No problem as so yet. Occasionally when the temp is plus 10 F to 0 F I will get a P0299 code.
But I do notice know matter what season it is, only at highway speed my radiator fan comes on and stays on until I slow down. My temperature gauge has never really gone above 235 degrees F. I have remove all but 2 of my AGS shutters.
It just seems like my radiator fan should not run at highway speed.
