Distorted Thermostat Housing

2016 with 75000 miles...Started loosing coolant and could smell it when I shut off the truck. Suspected the EGR cooler again (on part #4)...I do have the recall EGR cooler installed. Took it in and the dealer did some testing and found the thermostat housing was distorted and broke the seal allowing it to seep coolant. The dealer reported no leaking from the EGR cooler or connections. That was some relief and reassuring after having the recall EGR cooler installed last April. Some concern that a thermostat housing could distort...hopefully the replacement part is sturdier.
