EcoDiesel downrate wont clear

I've used the AlphaOBD to do a "particulate filter regeneration" at least three times. I've cleared the codes and the limp mode has gone away. However, this time it's not going away. Any suggestions?

Are you saying the warning light hasn't gone away or the clogged filter hasn't gone away??
