EcoDiesel Service Electronic Throttle, need help with codes

Hi Guys,
I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 3.0ltr EcoDiesel that has the service Electronic Throttle and Engine light permanently on, and the car is in limp mode.

I have a scanner and have read the codes, and it is showing the following.

Can someone confirm what or more so, where the intake Manifold Runner Control Actuator is located on the engine? I just want to be sure I am looking at the right component when trying to troubleshoot this error.

I suspect this may be related to the swirl valve motor under the inlet manifold, but I could be wrong and therefore require some assistance from others who may have experienced the same issue.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to your suggestions.

I was going to suggest the swirl valve motor or intake is sooted up. Are your emissions intact?

Hi, and thanks for the reply. Yes, all emissions are still intact.

I recently replaced the inlet manifold about 2,000 km ago (to overcome the soot build-up issue, while replacing the coolant hose in the valley, with a 3rd party one that came with its own swirl valve motor, so I don't think soot is the issue, however not saying the new swirl valve motor hasn't failed.

I am hoping to get some clarification that the code shown, " P201D00 Intake Manifold Runner Control Actuator" does actually refer to the swirl valve motor or is it something else, prior to going through the drama of having to remove the inlet manifold again, as I may be barking up the wrong tree.

Perhaps someone can clarify where this is actually located on the engine or point me in the right direction as to what the Intake Manifold Runner Control Actuator actually refers to?

Hopefully, they can also advise if this can be tested while still on the motor and what I need to look for in the diagnostic tool to verify it is working correctly or not?
