I have a hard time believing the 8 AECD's the EPA is complaining about is the same as VW issue, most of these are there to protect engine, after reading the NOV. I believe FCA just did not make them available in the cert for this truck. For most part that is how I am reading this and FCA i think could of straightened it out sooner than later. Unless there is a snake in the grass,
