well...after my local service shop replaced the MAP sensor (Which half the length was burnt off ) I got 1 day of driving until the ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL light was on again. It as been at my dealer for a week now with no idea when i will get it back.
They (chrysler) have a traveling specialist technician looking at it today...it is the dreaded EGR recall with no solution in sight!
Anyone else having issues?

I had the EGR cooler replaced, returned to dealer because of the coolant smell. The service manager said they hosed off the area and also pressure checked for leaks. I told him that in April the new EGR coolers are coming in. He said that he has a lot full of vehicles waiting for it. I brought my vehicle in mid December and waited two months. The problem is customers are complaining of the coolant smell after this new EGR cooler was replaced and it is still failing again, probably a temporary fix or a combination of the AEM software causing it. Keeping my fingers crossed that the EGR cooler doesn’t fail on me until I can get the new design installed.

I had to have mine replaced. It took them two weeks to get the new old style EGR cooler in. They swapped it out and I had them do a coolant flush at the same time, it was due for it. They told me it would have to come back in once the Recall part comes in. Until then she's driving great with out losing coolant. I'm mostly on the highway as she's my daily commuter with a 45 mile one way trip. I'm loving the MPG, but loved it more before the AEM updates, and the winter blend fuel.

The mileage and turbo lag is a major complaint. The dealer played stupid about the new update when I showed them the letter from FCA. Definitely stay on top of any recalls or service updates. The class action lawsuit has to help now that the dealers can’t deny you warranty work associated with any customer who had the AEM update.
