EGR recall

My 2015 goes in tomorrow for the recall. Has anyone had the recall done? Is it actually a new redesigned part?

I only know of two recalls on my truck. The shifter dial reprogram and the EGR. And they told me parts were in.

So, I get to my appointment and the service guy asks me why i was scheduled for the EGR Recall. I said because someone from the dealership called me stating the parts are in for the recall. Oh and by the way you also have a shift knob recall to reprogram it. long story short parts are not available yet. He told me to call FCA or wait for another letter.
