Engine brake on 2016 Longhorn

From what I've read it sounds like ecodiesels come with engine brake feature. If so Im assuming mine should have a button to enable/disable it during icy conditions or is it a automatic thing?

No they don't.
At least not my '14.
The transmissions have some load assist features.

They downshift in braking, but to have an actual engine or exhaust brake—-no.

U need a tune for that. Turbo braking
