Original engine blew 77482 on odometer. FCA blames a banks bullet to get out of replacing engine. Hence being out of warranty .... class action to try and come out even.
they don't like any mods to a engine I don't like any mods from banks the only mod from banks that I would do is their intake every thing they sell is carb compliance a cold air intake will void warrenty
