Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere without me finding it....
I just replaced my fuel filter (2016 Ram) and found it to be a simple and drip-free process. I did the fuel system prime 6 times afterward (inserted the key, turned to the "Run" position, waited to hear the fuel pump stop, turned key to off, removed key). Still when I started it, it cranked over maybe twice more than normal before starting. I primed the system a couple of more times and got the same longer cranking issue. So I let it run for 10 minutes and then shut it off. It seems to start normally now.
Is this what others have experienced with a fuel filter change?
Thanks,
- EM
