For all the online complaints I am hearing, please know in the court order for the settlement, there is legal counsel assigned to you free of charge. I suggest contacting them via email with a professionally written, factual account of your issue with timeline. Ranting will not help.

Thank you for sharing this.
I decided today that after 9 months of playing the settlement game I would rather keep my truck as is and FCA can pay the fines or buy my truck back. I let the counsel know that I find this process to be a massive failure. I am happy with my non-updated truck and they cannot appeal to my greed enough unless it can cover the purchase price of my truck.

I've tried contacting them as well. They will not answer....

I emailed the legal counsel (they work for us, not FCA). They called me back within 2 days and they explained the second check distribution will be sent by end of February. I think they had the same explanation of receiving a lot of previous owner claims my mail. I appreciated the personal call back and have flagged notice to call them back if I don't see it by then.
