I have had my eco diesel since 9/1/2015. Recently 5/2019 had the emissions software update done, 31K miles, only previous problem was loss of throttle control. Now acceleration problems especially when engine is at ambient temperature. Now have three submissions for the settlement issue, 5/19, 6/17 and 7/19 still waiting for a case manager. Anyone else having similar experiences?
