Just drove from Miami to Jacksonville Florida. I was alone in the truck without cargo. I set the cruise on 62MPH. Climate control was left off 80% of the trip. Temperatures ranged from 40-70 degrees. 95% of the miles were highway. I used the same pump before and after the trip. Here are my numbers. Total miles= 739.3. Gallons= 21.587. my math miles/gallons= 34.24 MPG. What's interesting is that I still had nearly 1/4 tank of Diesel left. I bet the range could be 800 miles!. I have pictures, let me see if I can figure out how to post them

I believe you,I nailed 31.5 mpg for 650 miles of driving in the mountains with 800lbs in the bed half that trip.
