Improve Throttle Response

I have a '16 Laramie ED with about 51k on it. Love the truck overall, but the accelerator lag combined with the turbo lag is ridiculous for a modern vehicle.

How do I improve this with the least cost and modification?

I have a 16 lone star 4x4, 200k + I did a delete and tune, no lag at all now. I wish I had done it Day one. Picked up 40 hp, runs cooler too.

Is your delete a stage two or just the egr

Can you share more information on the "delete & tune?" Where do you get that done, how much does it cost, etc? Thanks
