Hello,
So I’m battling the dreaded fuel pump issue in my 15 ecodiesel. After changing everything out I am not getting fuel through the fuel rail by the pressure sensor. My computer saids my injection timing is 210 degrees. Has anyone come across this before??
The injection is electronically controlled by the cam and crankshaft sensors reporting to the PCM. How on earth did this change?? Can I reprogram the PCM values?
Any experience in this department would be apperiated. Thanks

If you are out of warranty, beore I bought a bosch pump ...I would sure ck out the cp"x" modified pump..
As uuual the gear heads have come up with a real solution..
Since lo sulphur fuel does not lubricate the cp4 well, and plungers turn in some conditions..and then the grit produced is fed into the fuel lines, resulting in a need to completly replace all the system components....north of 6K....I chose to sleep at night for 1K.....a cpx pump.
Dealing with rcd performance was no problem..
why replace a faulty design with a new faulty design????
