See my #6 post
The W68 recall ONLY applies to those who did not do (opted out) the AEM Emissions Recall
We need the class action suit, I tried again for reimbursement since my last post here and was turned down for the 3rd time.
My Name is Danica and we appreciate your time and effort in bringing this matter to us.
Upon thorough review and consideration, we regret to inform you that your request for reimbursement has been denied due to the following reason/s:

The vehicle is outside of its warranties and does not currently have any active Service Contracts
Repair/ parts are not covered under any recall or warranty
It did not meet the criteria under one time financial courtesy

I’m getting all my paperwork around for the upcoming fight also, FCA Canada said my truck is covered under the X94 extended warranty until June 2024, and then turned around and said my warranty is void because my vehicle was imported to USA, even tho the truck was made in Michigan? Something ain’t adding up here!

John Jenson shared some paperwork on the warranty and I read this bit in there… “The Extended Warranty shall be in effect after your vehicle receives the Approved Emissions Modification. For vehicles originally sold in Canada and subsequently registered in the U.S., the Extended Warranty will apply only after the vehicle has been registered with FCA US LLC by providing FCA proof of state registration, proof of ownership or lease, and the current mileage/kilometers on the vehicle.”

I did that when I first bought the truck but somehow that info was lost, even tho I received recall notices from FCA US 🤦🏻‍♂️ I just sent my registration again the other day and got it registered with them again. Person from FCA US just told me I have to call FCA Canada and get the vehicle removed from Canadian market now. Jumping through all kinds of hoops 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’ve contacted a class action law firm, I’ll keep the forum informed if anything develops.
