I just had my in-tank fuel lift pump replaced and when I picked up my truck the CEL came on for P20FC and P05F2 codes. So, before I take it back Monday, can dropping the fuel tank to replace the pump, damage or disconnect any connections, wires, plugs and/or hoses that would cause those codes? Thanks

The first code yes, the second could, and probably is related but not directly a problem. The first will solve the second more than likely.

Can you expand on what and where to check for an issue?

Well if they changed the pump, it is a bad connection somewhere. Could be a pinched wire, bad ground, or a connection that was not properly seated together. Hard to say exactly, but they should know where to look without charging you. More than likely it is in the tank or on top of it.
