Looking for a part. Heater hose elbow?

I just bought my truck in September, 2016 bighorn eco diesel. I was changing the oil on it yesterday and noticed a coolant leak. Naturally the 60 day warranty expired a few weeks ago. Anyways I found the source and have been searching every diagram online and can’t seem to find it. I believe it’s from the heater, it’s one of two hoses that goes through the firewall. Then it attaches to an elbow and it appears that elbow has a clip on it that looks to be cracked. Here is a picture.
Can anyone tell me a part number or name of the part?
