Im curious is anyone else has had this sound or experience about 10,000miles ago I started noticing this sound when pulling a 4k trailer it only happens in 8th gear of I try to accelerate a little or go up a few incline noise goes away immediately if I down downshift. Truck is deleted and I use rotella T6 5W-40 every 5k Ive sent oil samples out and get clean bill of health there I pulled the lower oil pan today and it was spotless and the pick up tube was clean any ideas as what this might be it’s definitely coming from the engine and only thing I can think is main bearings.
