New to owning a diesel, just wondering how bad it is .... Will be cleaning the DEF injector for the P20EE code. What can I check for the P200A before dealing with new manifold. Any tips/tricks - video's ?

Cleaning the def injector is fairly easy. Pretty much below the passenger seat. It held on by a clamp. Remove it and soak in water might need a pick to remove all the material. Also, need to clean the material from the port on the exhaust as well. As far as the p200 code, a new intake is needed. Can thank the EGR for gumming up the flaps in there

Yeah… get a delete kit for that. It will destroy your wallet your exhaust and eventually your engine.

For the P200A code, you could remove the EGR tube and look inside your intake manifold with a flashlight (or a borescope) to see how much carbon you're dealing with. To get to the EGR tube, take off the decorative engine cover, disconnect the intake muffler from the air filter housing, and it's right there on top. 2x 8mm bolts on one end, and 2x 10mm bolts on the other. "While you're in there", clean the tube, Temp sensor, and the MAP sensor. Both sensors are on the top back of the manifold and have one bolt holding them in - Torx, I believe.
