P0003 - testing the cp4.2 fuel volume regulator resistance

I am getting a P0003 on my 2014 Ecodiesel. It has a 2015 replacement Ecodiesel engine with the upgraded EGR cooler, installed new in 2020 on FCA's dime after the previous owner traded it in. I've put about 80k miles on it since then. I'm trying to troubleshoot the P0003 error and my step 1 is to test the resistance of the Fuel Volume Regulator on the fuel pump. Does anyone know the correct resistance for the CP4.2 replacement high pressure fuel pump? I measured 4 Ohms. That seems to be in the right range, but I can't find the spec for this part. The wiring looked a little corroded with some plastic melting/deformation at the plug, so I'm thinking I'll replace that section of the harness if the resistance is correct.
