Question on Upgrade path

Truck Year
2015
Hello everyone, new to making a thread but have been lurking on the forums for a little while. As the title suggests, I need help on the upgrade path for my truck. I have a 2015 ram ecodiesel. Things I will be doing once arrived: Tune, delete (EGR full delete and turbo back delete including muffler). Upgrading the transmission pan to the PPE Aluminum trans-pan tomorrow. I will also be upgrading the intake tube to an aluminum round pipe. Now since the tune I got (EOC Performance Powergate 4 tune) does not inherently provide thermostat upgrade programming. To keep the engine cooler with a 60hp tune (I don’t tow anything with my truck but I do haul from time to time in the bed), should I upgrade the oil cooler, or upgrade the intercooler and charge pipes?

For reference the highest temps I’ve seen so far with the truck was 230 on oil, and 220 for coolant temps going up a 7% grade at 70mph (note this is without a tune), and ambient temp was 88 Fahrenheit. However, I don’t use that road often. Everyday driving temps have been 203-208 on coolant temp, then oil temp hovers at 210-215. While ambient temps have been in the 90’s.

Thank you for any and all advice and help!
