So, I had my first run in with Ram Customer Service. My 2016 Big Horn 1500 came from Canada, and because of that they will not honor the manufacturers warranties. I had a DEF service light come on last Wednesday and then on Thursday got the warning that my truck would not restart after 200 miles. So I dropped it off at the dealer(yes, my first mistake) and come to find out there is no MW on my Canadian truck. I called every number I could get my hands on and to no avail, no one would even touch my issue. Went up the chain as far as I could, and even left a message with the Regional Service manager for the NE region. Any one else have an ideas on how I can get $1500 back?
