Rear tire wear

I have a 2021 Laramie at 20,000 miles right rear tire was at 4/32 s on the inside, and six on the outside. I told them to rotate out first oil change but later found out dealer did not rotate them so it was in that position the entire time. Dealer did an alignment check and said there is no adjustment on the rear axle. I did replace that tire shortly there after. I rotated the tires again yesterday and the new one is also showing where on the inside. I talked to someone who said their tires were showing we’re on the outside, and they found a bent rear axle, which was replaced under warranty. Now I talk to the dealer and they said there is an adjustment on the rear axle. But they never had any experience with a bent axle, so I’m scheduled for alignment check again next week
Has anyone else had this experience?
Thanks
