Sluggish throttle, died at stop sign.

Have had hpfp done, lift pump is brand new. It's not a fuel issue. This is coming after fixing all my fuel issues. I have codes for exhaust pressure sensor high, and exhaust pressure sensor performance. One code for EGR flow high came up. Could the EGR valve be stuck open?
