Just wondering what the group think the cause and fix would be for my tachometer twiching.
Mostly noticeable at about 2k rpm when in cruze on the hwy.
Sometimes noticed at idle.
Backstory-
I bought this truck new 2018 eco bighorn.
This year at 150,000k the timing slipped and destroyed the motor. JUNE 28TH 2022.
took it to the dealership and with some luck convinced them to replace the engine at %50 cost to me.
Got it back October 28th 2022.
I had to replace the whole coolant system on my dime to ensure warranty for the new motor as the coolant system was contaminated by the blowup.
Since then ive noticed the tach twitches...
And sometimes seems like it wants to stay in 7th gear for a bit longer than it should...
Hwy driving feels like its should shift to 8th but hangsout in 7th for a longer pull than i feel it used to do.
Is this a concern? Doesnt seem to effect anything thay i can tell.
Thanks in advance.
