Turbo Running Extended Periods

Have a 16 Laramie EcoD with ~ 70K miles and recently noted the turbo seems to be running more than it has in the past. When pulling my boat the turbo seems to run constantly at 70mph and even long after I drop speed and decelerate on off-ramps. Fuel mileage is also suffering.

Appreciate thoughts and suggestions on possible causes and troubleshooting.

Welcome! Have you had all the recalls done? Tough to say why it would spool up more unless you are just noticing it. Turbo is powered off exhaust so it should only be spooling when you are on the pedal. In tow/haul mine will kinda stay active, acting like a mini engine brake.
