Hey all,

hoping for some feedback. Finally got the new turbo/tone wheel in my eco. Pulled trans to do all the work (not fun). Anywho. Truck sat around 9 mo during repairs given my free time. Truck fired right up and drives ok but seems weak. Also, seems like the vanes aren’t as aggressive ie, I can’t spool up and get any bark. Checked all my joints and I don’t see any spots for boost leaks. Haven’t had a chance to pop the gauge on it but I got a feeling I need to relearn the vane positions as going down the road, I get a lot of wooshing but no pushing. I have alfaobd and there’s no relearn option, I have an autel mx808, no relearn option for my truck availiable though it shows it. Anyone dealt with it before? I’d assume drive cycles and miles won’t correct it.
Thanks!
chris

After a boost test, found my AFE hot side charge pipe cracked around 3” in length on the bottom by the engine mount weld. Looking like I may have gone through that pain and suffering for an AFTERMARKET “upgrade” failure. Shm pipes can’t be 5 years old.
