The answer is yes. However, when you ask that kind of question you need to provide more info. Such as year. etc., and why you ask. Then we can offer an opinion or solutions that fit your situation
Or, there are many posts about turbo lag and solutions. You can do a search here, on other forums or google and maybe find an answer that fits your situation and wallet. For sure you will get an education.
