Will P203E cause truck to shut down?

I just bought a 2014 Ram 1500 ecodiesel and joined this group. Now I'm concerned I made a mistake after reading about all the issues.
Mine has 67,500 on it and has been maintained regularly and no service issues according to carfax. The truck is immaculate inside and out indicating good care.
Second day I had it the CEL came on with P203E code, "reductant level sensor erratic". The DEF gauge is at 3/4 and maybe stuck there so I added a gallon of fluid to be safe. The dealer is fixing that next Monday and a couple other recalls. Otherwise the truck runs great.
I planned a trip tomorrow of about 200 miles but I don't want to end up in limp mode so far from home.
Thoughts or advice?

I would swing by a truck stop and fill it full and see how low it truly is , dealer will swap it when they replace tank
