Delete it, remove the engine foam, remove the HPFP cover, get a cheap monitoring system, and send out used oil to Blackstone for analysis. That would be on my short list if I were a used buyer.

Suggestions for a cheap monitoring system. Still pretty new to the chaos of the ED

I use the Edge CS2, it's the base model. Not exactly cheap tho. I know some people run an app (TorquePro?) with an OBD bluetooth device and like that approach as well. Edge.jpg

Hey Brady, are you talking about the foam attached to the under side of the hood?

Disregard that last comment. Removed the foam from the under side of the engine cover. Technically the hood is an engine cover too, right? (I'm kidding) pics attachedDC6637F3-A05C-4C9D-A7A7-B34B0A2D9E80.jpeg30363439-C7FD-422A-80B8-2DBAD10FA7A3.jpeg5215EBB4-30BF-4A95-A1C3-7746221547CF.jpeg

The foam that is on the engine, not the hood or cover. There is a piece on both sides. Takes a bit of work to get the driver's side loose, passenger side comes right off. Remove those two pieces and the bolts that hold the HPFP cover on and it'll come right off as well.
