I see so many paying a lot of money to stop the egr from working .What would happen if you just blocked it off ? I am guessing the computer would freak out .
There is a food item that makes water and oil mix together but cant think of its name .Most food industries use it and some people take it as a supplement .Will look for name . Its called Lecithin .
Ok ,thanks Scottd. was a little concerned with the transmission temp . My 96 Cummins 2500 transmission doesn't even move off the needle running MT but then the sensor is in the pan . The Cummins sure runs a lot higher oil pressure also .
I was going down the highway with light traffic at 70 mph and decided to look at the gauge cluster readings in the dash .It was 88 degrees out . Coolant was at 206 , trans temp at 181 , oil temp at 219 , oil pressure at 40 psi . All at 2000 rpms . No load . Do these numbers look average...
