My truck is in the shop again. 3rd time. 30 day, 52 days, and now 24 days and counting. Shop is waiting on FCA star case to tell them what 2 do.
customer care will not start a buyback case or even acknowlege the buyback protection in the warranty. after mouths of the runaround from customer...
I couldn't pass a semi truck going up hill. Got most of the way around with the pedal all the way down ( no load). oncoming vehicle and semi had to slow down.
I have opened 3 buyback cases keep getting closed. called all the hotlines. lawyers have sent my case to FCA’s counsel. 40 + hours of e-mails and phone calls. nothing but the run around.
I Paid 35,000 +++ for a 15 with 78k longhorn, vary nice truck. had no problems for 4 mouths, 6000 miles. Had the reprograming done. 2 week later, limp mode. It has been out of service all but 2 days since July 17th.
I bought a diesel for durability and longevity, ecodiesel is neither.
Update:
Got my truck back on the Aug. 20th. 22nd limp mode again this time with codes ( fuel related). soonest the shop could look at was the 26th so dropped it off again that Monday. Still there not fixed no word on what it might be.
