Update:
Dealer found metal in fuel system when they pulled the fuel pressure sensor on the passenger rail. So sounds like they will be replacing injection pump under the recall when a pump is available and redoing the entire fuel system. They said it also slipped the gear that drives the...
UPDATE:
Told dealer that they had till Saturday to fix it or I am just going to take it home and mess with it. They called today and said top tier engineers at Chrysler said to pull the valve cover and look for metal shavings to see if the cam gear had slipped and caused timing issues. If its...
Dealer has been looking at it for 4 days and says they don't know what's wrong and neither does Chrysler. Being that there are two separate fuel rails (one for each bank) I wonder where they check rail pressure? Is it on the passenger side after it has pressurized the driver side rail and the...
Any easy thing to try is cleaning the boost sensor(I think that’s what it’s called) at the rear center off the engine. Take the plastic cover off and it had one T40 torx bolt holding it in. Remove the bolt, wiggle the sensor out, unplug the wire from it, then spray it out with brake clean or...
Just wanted to update for anyone who this might be a problem for. I changed the oil when it hit 3,800 miles and reset the counter and it has proceeded to count down at a normal level. Not sure why it went crazy to begin with but oil pressure never looked abnormal.
I change my oil every 4-5k miles and replace fuel filter every other oil change. But like others have said save yourself some money and by several at a time online

I get it home and if I keep pumping the accelerator then it...
I have a 2015 EcoDiesel and on the drive to work this morning the oil life indicator dropped to zero and said oil change needed. I just changed it 2700 miles ago.... Anyone seen this before? Is there a sensor that controls this that I should be checking?
It is a very easy job. I use an oil filter wrench to loosen the plastic cap and always carry an extra filter in my toolbox in case I get some nasty fuel.
I have a 2015 crew cab short bed 4x4 EcoDiesel and it is my wifes daily commuter to work and our road trip vehicle. We purchased it from the original owner with 77K on it and it now has 167K on it after 2 1/2 years. We have had 2 recalls done: The EGR cooler was replaced (no failure just an...
