Yeah, I had watched this video a few weeks ago. I was thinking about trying that, but theyve already looked at it and called it bad and the warranty is gonna cover it. If I cant get it changed before my trip, I will give it a go. Just gotta find a cheap steam gun and a way to power it up cause...

Theres fluid in the tank, but the pump isnt spraying, Im really concerned about frying the exhaust and DPF, or getting it clogged completely. Is there a way for the dealership to manually clean the DPF before I head out?
I chatted to a lady with FCA and asked them if they would send a tow...

So, I have owned my 2017 Bighorn Eco for just over a year now. Never had a single problem until 11 July when my CEL illuminated and a message accompanied it saying there was a DEF fault. Brought it into the dealership and they stated there were no codes, although I scanned...
Damn... my tank/pump was supposed to be in this morning so I dropped the truck off at the service department and left. Found out at 430 this evening that the part never showed. Now its reordered and I am told it will take 5-7 days to show up. My problem is that I am moving in like 7 days...
Just found out an hour ago that my DEF pump is shot at 14,300 on the odometer! Luckily, they will have my replacement tank/pump unit first thing in the morning. Had it in last Thursday but their code scanner couldn't find the permanent code at that time!
