What type of tuner did HD provide to tune the ECU? Another forum is discussing the HD tuner. Some think it is a touchscreen tuner like SFT uses. One person swears it is not, that the HD tuner allows you to make changes to or modify the ECU parameters.

I doubt it. You would have to ask SFT.

Yes, SFT has a tune for deleting. You can not just unplug the EGR and expect it to run without codes, etc.

I think you mean the Canadian tuner who supposedly has the GDE tune has a flash tool. GDE does not have a flash tool, they don't even have a tune at this time. Soon maybe.

I agree with all you said. Seems that the SFT complaints have been relative to phone calls. I have had better service from SFT than I ever had with GDE but I always email SFT, never via the phone.

If you got the Rally option it is in the TCU tune. You turn Rally on or off by tapping your Traction Control button.

Yep - a must to preclude stiction in Ford HEUIs. It even stops/cures stiction in the HEUIs.
