And the other thing was, it depends how good you trust your dealer about doing what they say they will! I was in for the egr recall and was very clear that I only want the egr and tailgate recalls completed, and the SM seamed to understand and as far as I can tell that's what they did

Welcome I haven't used torque myself, but sounds like it can work to monitor important things. I would say find the temp reading for the dpf so that you know when it doing a regen. That way you can maybe make sure you don't shut it down depending on your driving use. For myself I don't always...

Does this mix also work ok for winter use? DEF also freezes, but likely at a lower temp than this mix would? So would the tank heater be sufficient to get it thawed out in the real cold weather?

A stick cut to the approximate length to reach the seat from the accelerator pedal works to keep it in regen mode, if you have power seat to fine tune rpm lol. But you'll still need to go shut it down when its done

If you wanted another set and you thought they were a good deal, why not resell them for a profit and buy the right ones that fit?

No message comes up if you follow the proper drive cycle recommendations.

Mine did that, and it was the 3rd high mounted brake light bulb. Sometimes worked but dash msg didn't disappear until I replaced the bulb

I'm guessing he about "laughed his but off" That the dealer thought injectors would fix the problem

Tone ring is the crankshaft position sensor so that the computer knows when to fire which injectors. Its turning into a common failure and the transmission needs to be pulled to fix it

^^^^ This is what I was getting at, if they get a little extra rpm and the ring let's go. You sure need a dealer that doesn't just throw stuff at it

As you were driving along, did it shift down a gear or 2 right before it died?
