How many tanks have you tracked? I'm assuming it's similar driving and nothing unusual an the only change that happen is the "Flash" correct?
If so, that's a huge difference!

Welcome! how do you know it's not doing a regen? Are you tracking it with a monitor of some sort? If the truck is working properly, it's designed to be non intrusive to the driver so you know it's not in regen mode.
Moving this into the Settlement forum.. you're not along @randy jacobs ! It seems it affects some but not all users. Still no word from FCA as far as I know.
I don't have one single thread, but a quick look on the forums you'll see quite a bit of failures mentioned. I know @John and @TC Diesel have posted hard data numbers, so I'll let them chime in with those.
Back in the day, a reputable tuning company figured out just that.. how to make the ECU read like it was never touched when the manufacturer pulled that data. However, it was unethical as it was skirting controls that they later removed that ability from the software.
