Good point. I know for warranty purposes a simple receipt and the date of the service is always been good enough. I see they have a maintenance "app" but I''m not sure that files to the carfax of the car like I would assume it would.

I’d start by pulling the engine code and see what it’s saying is wrong. If it’s a 100% full then you likely need the dealers help anyways. Try a different dealer as suggested if yours is backed up that long.

Just as you said, I've seen both good and bad experiences, but here the bad seems to outweigh the good. But hey, most don't come on here to say how great their update went either.
