The coolant will disappear in various ways , 1st it leaks onto the exhaust manifold and evaporates, 2nd it leaks internally...
With that mileage cleaning the Diffuser- tube and map may help until the EGR/Plenum is replaced, if the cake soot is moist thats a sure sign the EGR is leaking. Look into the plenum and if it looks like this.

OP, YOU ,Have some maintenance 1st Like trans, Intake, and take to someone that can Stationary De-soot the Exhaust, Then decide how to go about the AEM Settlement. Tuning way's out plus the $$$, but you will need to defeat certain operations in order for it to survive. This is not the Diesel...
