    Most people are getting that lag.. as far as the settlement information, it just takes time. I'd recommend keep calling and ask to speak to a supervisor to escalate your claim.. exhaust all resources.

    How much weight are you pulling? Also, if the truck isn't regenerating properly, the DPF will clog up.

    Of course, I always take the EPA ratings as base line. The VW TDI was drastically better in fuel economy than the EPA ratings ever said..
