Opted for a 30k 2016 totaled truck engine, has been fine,knocking on wood...kept old engine why I don't know. Will see what the opt out of the eco-gate gets me...that or retain a lawyer....
Decision: The panel does not have the jurisdiction to rule on this matter as the case is ineligible for the arbitration process because the issue is directly affected by the aftermarket part....
I have to disagree Vern, as I got word from the arbitration panel today not to my favor for anything..... A Banks Bullet didn't cause my non-worked engine to implode. No engine tear down diagnosis, just no your warranty is null and void. Opt out Eco-gate emissions here I come.One way or another...
