Hey Gary, the ETC one seems to be a number of reasons from the past posts here... I'd search around a bit, a ton of info around it... which is good and bad, the bad is it's a common problem with the ecodiesel. Welcome to the forum!- BoostN

They are more prone it seems, but no year is safe! :D But, I've said many times if you have to question it yourself and often think about it when driving, I would suggest a different truck. Overall, they all have issues but sadly the EcoDiesel has more then most it seems.- BoostN

Regen information
You can get engine monitors that do that, do a search for a list of recommended ones. AlphaOBD is a good all around one.. or even ones from Amazon.- BoostN
