    That pump is available at $550.00 and takes less than 1 hrs to Install. The Used Lube good for rotating surfaces, but over time it will create more Ash in The SCR, now of course if the SCR is missing its not a problem.

    HOAT and OAT is good for 10 Years or 150K miles, just flush it and replace. I've seen power plants with 800K miles or 12000 hrs with passage that were clean.

    I would recommend it come with OAs, and have and Additional $5k for repairs available if needed. They are Hero Zero status power plant.

    The problem with CP4 (regardless of Ver) its unforgiving and very destructive unlike the CP3. Feed the CP4 with good lube and clean fuel it can reach 500K miles, why do I say that, because I have confirmed that on several CP4 replacements.

If the motor goes out of production you're really screwed, It's not like millions have been produced for the aftermarket to jump...

    Its a Hero / Zero Motor, If the entire rotating mass is machined and tight tolerances are met it will last with proper maintenance. You still need to deal with all the other short comings on the 3.0VM. Is it worth the risk to You? Its likely that the New Hurricane Motor will end the VM 3.0...

    Ryan check out that head...if the valves are warped. It's very common on OEM heads.. also I'd that plenum is gunk up replace it...here's what happens the swirl valves get all cake up stopping the cooler air from entering the intake port...the valves get hot from lack of incoming air.

    We'll its to late to tell Ya, this is not the engine for remote operation. leaving it sit for 3 months creates all sorts of problems, and likely will required someone who knows the work arounds.... AK is a long ways from MN. First check the in tank pump, remove the COV Cascade overflow valve...
