Welcome.. it sure seems like a gamble with all fires/recalls/motor issues. Just make sure you have a great warranty if you go that route, along with a good service department just in case!- BoostN

Got the update. Engine failed. Replaced. Dealership says no warranty on new motor outside of power train. Waiting on check.
Welcome! I don't know the official policy myself, but I would sell/trade in the truck if they won't honor any extra warranty. Just my opinion though!- BoostN
