Since you have the problem documented under the warranty period, I would hope you shouldn't have a problem moving forward if it does happen again. On the plus side, if a EcoDiesel owner is out of warranty and the (Expensive) emissions equipment does break, we'll have options soon to remove it...

Mine was full upon receipt. It could be a dealer option to decide how much to fill, but I imagine they have a pre delivery checklist that has to be completed and I'm not sure if filling the DEF tank is one of them. It's not hard to fill it up though...
