Yes, the last video from the Texas fair shows all you can hear is the engine fan slightly while the motor is running. It's very, very quiet according to many sources.

From what I've found the Ram is only $2,800 more than the a "similarly equipped" 5.7-liter Hemi $4,500 more than 3.6-liter V6.
