My dealer told me today they ordered all four sensors but some of the sensors are backordered until May 26th. They are not changing the DEF pump until they change the sensors. If the sensors don't fix the problem, then they will change out the pump.
My truck is still at the dealer. They started out by replacing the upstream oxygen sensor. If that didn't fix the issue, then they were going to continue replacing parts until the issue was fixed. To be honest, I haven't heard from the dealer since they replaced the oxygen sensor. I will...
You're a little off with your numbers:
The extended warranty period is the greater of (i) 10 years from the date of initial sale or 120,000 actual miles on the vehicle odometer, whichever comes first; and (ii) 4 years or 48,000 miles from the date and mileage of installing the Approved...
Deleting the truck is illegal. For that reason, I would not recommend that you delete.
I got the same code today. If indeed the pump is the issue, then I'm covered under the AEM warranty. If I wasn't covered under the warranty, then I would pay to have the pump replaced.
Let me introduce you to more people. ;)

I've been on the forums since the EcoDiesel was new. Many people, including myself, have been very happy with the GDE tune(s). Switch back to the stock tune and see if your problem goes away. If it doesn't go away, then you know it's not the tune. A good diesel tech will tell you what's...
I don't have the GDE tune on my 2020 (yet), but I have one on my 2015. The other day I averaged 30 mpg in my 2015 running 70 mph. I've heard similar results with the 2020+ trucks. On average, you should see 1 - 2 mpg improvement over stock. But more importantly, the tune gives you a cleaner...
In my opinion, the GDE tune is worth it just for the performance alone. I installed the GDE tune at 93,000 miles (two years ago) and haven't had any issues. The truck runs great, the bump in fuel economy will eventually pay for the tune, and you are getting a much cleaner combustion. It's a...
Where exactly are you in southwestern Kansas? I just drove through Liberal a few days ago.
If you want to keep the truck mostly stock, but with a legal tune, I highly recommend the GDE EPA Compliant Tune. Your truck will run better, cleaner, and the fuel economy will improve.
Ram isn't dropping the EcoDiesel because it has problems. The 3rd gen engine has very few problems and has proven to be a reliable platform. The CEO of Ram said they are pushing up electrification in the Ram 1500, which is why the EcoDiesel is being dropped. The full electrification isn't...
I don't disagree there's a better design, but I do believe the factory part, when manufactured correctly, will last the life of the engine.
If we lived in the same town, I would probably have your shop install an oil by-pass system and fuel pressure sensor, then we can eat pizza. ;)
