Call the EcoDiesel settlement and speak to one of their attorneys. They will get it resolved. The other option is to contract Ram Cares. They too will resolve the issue.

I run Platinum DEF. It's a synthetic and doesn't leave deposits like normal DEF. I had a clogged DEF injector on my 2015 three years ago. That's when I switched to Platinum.

I have the GDE EPA Compliant Tune. I paid for the regen message option, which is both a blessing and a curse. I see now it going into regen mode once per week whereas I used to see it only a few times during the winter. jarhead, what happens when you switch the truck back to the stock tune?

That makes me wonder if someone didn't gut out the DPF filter. Ash should remain in the DPF.

I've never heard of the SCR in the EcoDiesel having problems of this nature. Something isn't right. I would take it to another dealer for a second diagnoses.
